Article 1 – General
Welcome to our website https://holiuni.com. If you continue to navigate and use this website you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions which apply to all your activities on the HoliUni website, the HoliUni mobile app and all other related services.
The term ‘HoliUni’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owners of the website whose registered office is “Sinderenseweg 66, 7065BL Sinderen, The Netherlands”.
The term ‘you’ refers to the user or browser of our website.
- All trademarks which are not the property of, or licensed to the webmaster, are acknowledged on the website.
- Unauthorized use of content on this website can result in claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
- This website may also include/ direct links to other websites. These links are provided for general information only. They do not show that we endorse the website(s). We cannot be held responsible for the content of any linked website(s).
- Any dispute arising out of inappropriate use of the website is subject to the laws The Netherlands.
Article 2 – Accounts
To be able to enroll in our online courses, you will need an account on the HoliUni portal. You are fully responsible for your account and for everything that takes place on your account.
The minimum age is 18 years or consent from parent or guardian to be able to create an account on HoliUni.
Article 3 – Access to Courses
Courses are licensed, and not sold, to you. This license does not give you any right to resell the course in any manner (including by sharing account information with a purchaser or illegally downloading the course and sharing it on torrent sites). Courses can be removed due to legal or political reasons.
Access to the online courses is for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. All the material published on this website is owned by or licensed to us. Reproduction is completely prohibited and punishable by law.
All courses offer either a a lifetime or 1-month access, or both. Lifetime access is defined as the ability to keep logging in for life and get support from the Course Creator for 1 year after purchase date. In case the course is taken offline, members with lifetime access will be notified and have 1 month chance to download all course material (including video’s). Lifetime access applies to the course, not to the course creator’s services.
1-month access is defined as the ability to access the course material and Course Creator for questions during 1 month after purchase date. During this month downloads of PDF’s and word files are possible (no video’s).
Article 4 – Pricing
Prices are calculated and shown in € (euro’s). Depending on your account settings, they may be shown in other currencies.
If you are a student in a country where added tax applies to purchases made by consumers, we are responsible for collecting and transferring this tax to the appropriate tax authorities. If this is the case, these taxes are included in the price that you is displayed
HoliUni reserves the right to change the pricing at any time.
Article 5 – Payment
An online course is paid for prior to enrolling the course. You will be redirected to the payment page of the payment provider. There you will be asked to make an account with email id and name. Once you have paid you will get the logins in your email within 5 minutes to access the course.
For selected online courses an installment system is available. With the installment system you will pay for the course in parts. When you make your next payment is completely up to you. After each payment the next part of the course unlocks.
Article 6 – Refund Policy for Online Courses
We want you to be satisfied. If you don’t like the course for any reason, you can ask for a full refund anytime within 7 days of your purchase. This applies to all online courses on HoliUni. This means you can try the course for 7 days and if you decide it is not right for you, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before the end of the 7th day and get a prompt full refund.
If an online course has been purchased with a recognized third-party provider, HoliUni is not liable or responsible to issue any refunds and the policy of the organization purchased from is to be adhered to.
Article 7 – Delivery
Online courses can be accessed via the online learning portal as soon as the purchase is complete.
Article 8 – Use at own risk
HoliUni is an online meeting point for course creators and students. Use is at own risk. The content of pages is for general information only. It is subject to change without notice. Concerning the online courses, neither we nor any third parties provide any guarantee as to the accuracy, truth or suitability of the information and materials published on this website for any particular purpose. You will understand that such information and materials can contain inaccuracies or mistakes and we are not liable for any inaccuracies or mistakes to the complete extent permitted by law. You accept full responsibility for the choices you make before, during and after registering for a course.
We can’t be held responsible for any dispute, claim, loss, injury or damage of any kind that results from these interactions.
